Public bug reported:
When "View split on left" and "View split on right" are disabled in the
keyboard shortcuts area of the control panel, the super+left,
super+right shortcuts continue to trigger the left and right snap
function, when they should instead do nothing.
Changing the value of the option allows other keys to be used, but
super+left, super+right still always trigger the behaviour.
