The copy/move progress indicator window takes focus back at creation or
deletion of file or directory.

To reproduce :

- copy a large file from one place to another
- drag the progress indicator window wherever you want (you can even minimize
it in the system tray)
- browse any directory with thunar
- create a dummy file/folder

-> copy progress indicator window pops up

This is an annoyance.

What makes it even more an issue is bug 7082
(https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7082) : cancel button has
focus by default.
