Thanks for the feedback Chris. I've filed the testsuite issue as bug
#1297810. The plan for moving to stable sounds good and the rationale
for not including the architectures makes sense too.
As for moving to main: we must move it to main because webapp-container
will ship on desktop. CITrain autolandings provides a mechanism to land
your changes without being core-dev. Alternatively, you can pursue PPU
(per package upload) rights. In the meantime, we'll just need to have
the packages sponsored.
