* Do you have Korean (Hangul) in the list of input sources in the "Text
Entry" window?

* Do you see the Hangul symbol at the top of the screen?

Actually I can write Korean. At least I think I can - it sure is not
English characters appearing on the screen when I type. ;-)

Also, can you please tell us which Ubuntu version you are using?
