reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using
127.0.1.1. Set the 'ServerName' directive globally to suppress this
message
Please edit /etc/hosts and add a fully qualified domain name (i.e.
myhost.example.org) to the 127.0.1.1 entry. Please reply to this if you
continue to have problems.
