marked as a dupe as it was a known issue. the recent change to gallery
in rev 937 seemed to trigger the condition which was causing files to
get deleted as the issue occurs when pictures/videos are in the gallery
database and then when they can't be found the code stupidly deletes
them as part of it's consistency check
