Thanks to all of you for putting the effort in. I had been away for a while and came back the other day to a flurry of activity on this after nearly forgetting about it.
I doubt it'll make any difference as well, but I work for a Toshiba authorized dealer and will also report it. This problem has existed in all e-Studio generations.
