Public bug reported:

Typo. After installing trusty daily on a Macbook ivy bridge 13", reboot
shows a new boot option "Start MOK utility utility at
EFI\ubuntu\MokManager.efi on EFI".

(Also, starting MokManger and clicking "Continue Boot" does not actually
work, it just hangs. But I don't know if it's meant to work on this
hardware)
