Public bug reported:
http://packages.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/306/builds/55992/testcases/1601/results
Test case 1, 2, & 3 for LXTerminal fails. It will not inherit the working
directory from its parent terminal when opening a new terminal window. Instead
the new windows always default to the user's home directory.
New tabs inherit the working directory as expected.
