This bug is in keystone-client, not keystone. It is known there as bug
1242992 and there is a workaround in that bug's comment number 6
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-
keystoneclient/+bug/1242992/comments/6).
Marking this copy as invalid, I do not see an option to mark it as
duplicate.
