After last update Czech language works really bad, lot of translates are
now in english, date, days, kickoff, dektop right click menu, etc.
Before update was all good.
- Error is maybe in: language-pack-kde-cs or language-pack-kde-cs-base

EDIT: Was next 3 language updates and 50% of system is still in English,
but i have set Czech language.
Its a bug because all in Dolphin is Czech but on Plasma desktop is all
in English, the same like Dolphin move file with mouse and dialogue to
Copy/Move/Cancel is in Czech but on Desktop it is in English.
+ EDIT 2: This bug is not only in Czech language, this is in all or lot of
others.
+ And don't say me please to report this to bugs.kde.org, this was first what i
done. In bugs.kde.org they say this is bug in Kubuntu 14.04 an they don't do
l10n but they do l18n.
