** Description changed:
The new unity8 stopped supporting custom background in session (on phone
form factor at least). The rational seems to be that wouldn't work well
with lenses/was impacting on the readability on their content.
We need an updated design since it doesn't make sense to have 2 images
in the panel in that case.
Note that the greeter/lockscreen image is still customisable so the
panel is still useful.
