Do you have someone with upload rights lined up to do this work? Are all the packages ready to go? Can you please give a complete list of the packages affected and the actions (sync, merge, whatever) that they'll need? Finally, given that this is so close to release, are you confident that this is going to be of better quality than what we have quality (how thoroughly have you tested this and how will you deal with any bugs?)?
