Public bug reported:
After the installation of the newer version of the kernel (2.6.17-7) when i
reboot it freezes in the screen with "Edgy Eft Edition" when it should load
restricted drivers... I have a notebook Toshiba Tecra 8100.
If i try to boot with the older version 2.6.17-6 it works fine without any
problem
