Since this is an upgrade to an existing system, the only action required
is to upgrade the *buntu release (infrastructure and depencencies).  I
suggest creating a capability to bypass the entry of user information as
the upgrade default.  The computer name should be defaulted to what is
there already with an option (not requirement) to change it.  Or, just
skip this screen altogether for upgrades (might be easier).

Re-entering the user information during an infrastructure upgrade just
complicates the process and confuses the operator.  If the local
administration would like to change anything, they can readily do so
once the upgrade has completed.
