Same problem with default drivers. 14.04 daily build march 31. Nvidia GPU
When in live mode desktop icon labels are transparent, after install on every
boot labels appear with white background.
Only way to remove is changing the style in appearance then back to Greybird;
however after reboot the problem returns.
