Even better, I would recommend completely removing the confirmation page. It's ugly, a lie, and disruptive to the user experience. Removing an app does not delete an app's information, and in some cases, the app may not actually be removed from the system at all (if other users on a multi-user device have "installed" it, or if it's a pre-installed app, for example).
