peterthevicar, regarding your comments https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1272945/comments/12 : "Thanks for the link. As I said in my post this is a PPR21E (latest version 1.20) not a PPR20E (latest version 1.70)..."
Fair enough. As per your Bug Description (which is correct in all the cases except for this one) it would be PPR20E. However, if your vendor sticker says otherwise, I would be fine on making a note of it in the Bug Description, and we could look past this for now. Hence, could you please provide a picture via camera of the original sticker on your computer? >"...do you think the PPR20E BIOS will be OK?" As per above, I wouldn't flash it, despite the fact that the Short Model No is only slightly different. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1272945 Title: 8086:2592 [Toshiba Portégé R200-110] Black screen/freeze after resume with i915 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1272945/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
