Public bug reported:
I'm using a Levono W530 and experience a system lock after suspend.
1) When I resume after a suspend from an Ubuntu login screen (without
being logged in to my linux account), the laptop starts resuming, loads
the Ubuntu login screen, but touch pad, the pin and USB mouse are dead.
Even the Shift key LED is not working. What every I do, only a system
reboot helps.
2) When I enable the onscreen keyboard before I suspend and run the same
cycle, the laptop starts resuming, loads the Ubuntu login screen and
touch pad, pin and mouse are working. I can login and work with my
linux.
3) When I resume after a suspend from an active Ubuntu account session
(logged in to my linux account), the laptop starts resuming, loads the
Ubuntu login screen, but touch pad, the pin and USB mouse are dead. Even
the Shift key LED is not working. The work around with enabling the
onscreen keyboard before suspend does not help either. What every I do,
only a system reboot helps.
This seems not to be kernel related, the kernel community did not found
an issue.
