@Abhishek -- I am slightly confused, as the script invoked by the
hv_kvp_daemon is called 'hv_set_ifconfig' to allow distros to implement
it as they see fit in any language they wish. For Ubuntu this is a
python script which gets installed into /usr/sbin/hv_set_ifconfig:

    $ md5sum /usr/sbin/hv_set_ifconfig
    168dcdf651e7d1d239f5ba3c9ceaf42c  /usr/sbin/hv_set_ifconfig

Where does this .sh come from you are testing with? Does the installed
one work.
