libbluray search path is the path set by the environment variable
`LIBBLURAY_CP` or one of the static search paths:

+ `/usr/lib/libbluray/`
+ `/usr/share/libbluray/`

this package puts it in `/usr/share/java/`

    $ ls -l /usr/share/java/libbluray.jar
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 19 Feb 10 00:18 /usr/share/java/libbluray.jar ->
