Well... if we say that the activity spinner is what makes it better, I
think that's thinking about this wrong. The Install button should cause
the preview to show the empty progress bar instantly.

Obviously that's a problem when we rely on the download daemon to report
progress, but that approach also causes the "nothing happens when
reached 100%", especially for big apps.

All in all, to get a better UX, I think we need to rework the "progress
monitoring" part a bit.
