Public bug reported:
The lsvpd package in trusty-proposed fails to build from source because
it is missing a build-dependency on libsqlite3-dev.
However, in the course of reviewing the package's build-dependencies, I
noticed that this software is GPL-licensed but build-depends on librtas-
dev, which is CPL-1.0 licensed. These licenses are not compatible.
Fortunately, we are not distributing any mislicensed binaries because of
the build failure. However, to fix this package for inclusion in 14.04,
the license conflict will need to be resolved.
