Public bug reported:

Starting a repo twice should be prohibited or the user should at least
be warned. Technically nothing goes wrong (notes are updated in the
background etc.), but it remove some annoyance for the user. The fact
that the second instance of zim opens *exactly* over the previous opened
version does not really help this situation.
