Public bug reported:
steps to reproduce:
1. open any apps from launcher (gedit for example) by clicking gedit icon with
left mouse button (LMB)
2. close this apps (gedit)
3. try to open gedit again by clicking LMB - !!gedit doesn't open again!! (not
shake, nothing to happens)
NOTE: if i clicking RIGHT mouse button, I can open gedit from context
menu "open a new window"
