@Ilias Regarding the suggestion of Brian Murry you should do the following.
1) Open a terminal 2) Type: "sudo apt-get install linux-generic-lts-saucy linux-image-generic-lts-saucy linux-headers-generic-lts-saucy" without the "" 3) confirm the installation with you password and "yes" Now your kernels and headers should bei up to date.
