The easiest way to do this is to open a terminal
(Applications\Accessories\Terminal) and copy and paste in the following:
uname -a > uname-a.log | sudo lspci -vvn > lspci-vvn.log | sudo lspci
-vv > lspci-vv.log | dmesg > dmesg.log | cat /proc/version >
proc_version.log | cat /proc/version_signature >
proc_version_signature.log
Press enter (a password for sudo will be required). The logs will be
placed into your home directory, please include them with this report.
