Public bug reported:
Installing the ubuntu-touch package makes the system unbootable, because
upstart hangs forever, apparently trying to boot up an LXC container
with Android or something like that.
First of all, installing packages should most definitely not change the
configuration of the system to start Android containers without user
consent.
Second, if you really must do so, it should ABSOLUTELY DEFINITELY
**NOT*** block the boot process.
