Please sync burp 1.3.48-4 (universe) from Debian sid (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- Use autotools-dev to update config.{sub,guess} for ppc64el.
The debian package is now using autoreconf and autotools-dev so the
delta is no longer needed

burp (1.3.48-4) unstable; urgency=high
* Include "autotools-dev" addon for dh in debian/rules to allow
config.{sub,guess} to be regenerated. (Closes: #743873)
