Public bug reported:

I'm trying to play, or rip, a DVD, I don't mind which, and every program
fails. I finally tried an lsdvd on the DVD, and got the following
message:

libdvdread: Using libdvdcss version 1.2.10 for DVD access

*** libdvdread: CHECK_VALUE failed in ifo_read.c:914 ***
*** for pgc->cell_playback_offset != 0 ***
