Public bug reported:
Each time I scroll up when the webbrowser-app (Ubuntu web browser) is
full screen gives me random black lines across the screen. These
artifacts are on fullscreen only.
If the webbrowser-app is shipping as the default webapp container, this
issue should be fixed prior to release. I'm happy to help trouble shoot
with bug reports if someone wants to have a go fixing this. I am on an
XPS 13 Ultrabook.
