Public bug reported:
I have Xunbuntu 13.10 and when I change volume it change it globaly (the
notification is triggered) to change locally for Audacious I need to go
to sound preferences (programs tag) and change Audacious volume there.
I don't know if this happen to latest, I've try to submit to Audacious
issue tracker but it show that latest version is 3.5 and on my system I
have 3.4.3.
