Please sync gawk 1:4.0.1+dfsg-3 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Update config.{guess,sub} for arm64.
* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- Avoid running the testsuite if DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS contains nocheck.
The above changes have been incorperated in Debian version
1:4.0.1+dfsg-3.
