I tried to automatically upgrade to 14.04. While running "setting up new
software channels", I received an error message:
Could not calculate the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
This can be caused by:
* Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
The upgrade halted at this point. I tried a second time with the same
result, and I'm running 13.10. AFAIK, the above causes do not apply.
