I need to test further, as I don't quite understand how if they share the same settings I can change the login screen backdrop without the lock screen backdrop... it seems some settings are taken from org.gnome.desktop and others from com.canonical.UnityGreeter. Perhaps it would be good to add this configuration to the "Brightness & Lock" system settings screen so that confusion is reduced.
I cannot redo a desktop image an test finally until after the bank holiday weekend, but it does appear that some combination of the two settings can achieve the goal without the option to revert to the LightDM lock screen however. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1309456 Title: Lock screen backdrop behaviour To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1309456/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
