Montreal used to be defined as a separate timezone in tzdata package, on
the basis that it was believed that at some point in the past the it was
in a different timezone from Toronto. However, this turned out to not be
true and Montreal timezone was removed from tzdata database. Instead,
one should select Toronto timezone.
