After changing "/etc/maas/preseeds/curtin_userdata" to use default
archive not ports.ubuntu.com for hwe-s, `juju add-machine` succeeded.
However the kernel after reboot was 3.2 not hwe-s. Am I misunderstanding
this hwe feature?
