Hi,
I believe you are using CCSM->General Options->Desktop Size->Number of
Desktops to set the number of workspaces. This option is broken when
setting it greater than 1 and the next update should have this removed.
Set Number of Desktops to 1 and set the Horizontal/Vertical Virtual Size
to your desired configuration.
