The version of libnih on your system are not from an official Ubuntu repository:

and are preventing the upgrade of several core packages (unity, upstart,
systemd)
Please revert them to the version available in Saucy and try the upgrade
again. Be aware that these libraries are essential to your system and
updating them to unsupported version can make it unbootable.
