Hi Simon, just to clarify: my comments (apart from #10 where I reference the other bug reports) are not about the "black screen after suspend" problem. It is all just about the missing mouse cursor. When light-locker is not installed (removed with apt-get purge) suspend and resume work except for the invisible mouse - that's why I assumed it is not light-locker causing the problem with the invisible mouse cursor.
My last comment: after killing upowerd and xfce4-power-manager I can still enter suspend mode by closing the lid and the mouse cursor is still there after resuming. To me it seems like an unwanted interaction between different tools handling lid close. Good luck tracking down the problem. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1297144 Title: Invisible cursor after resume from suspend To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/light-locker/+bug/1297144/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
