Public bug reported: On do-release-upgrade, this deb line is commented out:
Before 0 jan@muizenberg:/etc/apt/sources.list.d$cat aims-aims-desktop-precise.list deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/aims/aims-desktop/ubuntu precise main # deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/aims/aims-desktop/ubuntu precise main After 0 jan@muizenberg:/etc/apt/sources.list.d$cat aims-aims-desktop-precise.list # deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/aims/aims-desktop/ubuntu precise main # disabled on upgrade to trusty # deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/aims/aims-desktop/ubuntu precise main Once do-release-upgrade is done, running apt-add-repository enables the deb line and changes it to "trusty" inside the file, but leaves 1) the filename as precise, and 2) leaves the commented deb-src line at precise. Both could be upgraded to "trusty" ** Affects: software-properties (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Package changed: ubuntu => software-properties (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1311586 Title: apt-add-repository on trusty leaves "precise" in filename and commented out deb-src lines To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/software-properties/+bug/1311586/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
