-> Fix header file transition link: the legacy name for
/usr/include/xmlrpc-c/server_abyss.h is xmlrpc_abyss.h, not
xmlrpc_server_abyss.h (LP: #134529).
-> Ship xmlrpc and its documentation (LP: #134985).
