Public bug reported:

Description: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Release: 14.04
> apt-cache policy linphone
linphone:
Installed: 3.6.1-2.1build2
Candidate: 3.6.1-2.1build2
Version table:
*** 3.6.1-2.1build2 0
500 http://au.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty/universe i386 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
I expected that when a call is in progress, I could use the keypad to
send tones to my (Australian) ISP, or to '+1 206-456-0649' (VOIP test
call). This worked with Linphone as supplied with Ubuntu 13.10.
It does not work with 14.04. Setting 'use_rfc2833=1' in .linphonerc
doesn't fix the problem, whether or not use_info is set to 0 or 1.
** Affects: linphone (Ubuntu)
