Can you please attach your original /var/log/xorg.conf and the one
displayconfig-gtk generated?
Also, I'm a little unclear on the issue you're seeing - do I understand
this right? You run Screen and Graphics, then click on 'Screen 2',
configure the Model for it, and select a resolution other than 640x480,
but then when you click on Screen 1 it has changed to 640x480?
This works ok on my system, but any additional details you can give
explaining how to recreate the issue would be very much appreciated.
