I am also experiencing the following after upgrading from 13.10 to 14.04: get_secrets_cb(): Failed to request VPN secrets #2: (6) No agents were available for this request.
I can connect via command-line (openvpn --config client.ovpn). However, having VPN client integrated into the GUI is highly desirable - since /etc/resolv.conf manipulation is handled with that method. Please fix at your earliest convenience.
