I had problems since I updated from Ubuntu 13.04 to Ubuntu 13.10, and other problems when I updated from Ubuntu 13.10 to Ubuntu 14.04. Rather than spend all my time trying to fix problems, I reinstalled Ubuntu 14.04 from DVD, two days ago.
Today is the first time that I have tried to add a search engine which was not available to add directly via the Search Engines drop-down arrow > "Add...". I attach a screenshot. ** Attachment added: "Error message received when I try to add a search engine" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/1252910/+attachment/4098003/+files/Screenshot%20from%202014-04-27%2012%3A35%3A43.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1252910 Title: Unable to install Search Engines in Firefox 25.0 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/1252910/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
