Public bug reported:

When I change the "Shared folder:" setting in the Blueman applet -> Local 
services... -> Transfer, it still keeps receiving files in the folder 
previously set!
It's so frustrating... What is going on here? If I've already reported this, I 
am sorry, I do not remember :(
