Ok, thanks, and yes indeed the fstab entry was missing and I had to use
the device names instead of the UUIDs. Thanks for this helpful comment.
For documentation my working setting with a key file.
# crypttab
cryptswap1 /dev/sdb1 /etc/cryptswap1.keyfile
swap,cipher=aes-cbc-essiv:sha256
# fstab
/dev/mapper/cryptswap1 none swap sw 0 0
** Changed in: cryptsetup (Ubuntu)
Status: Incomplete => Invalid
