One remark I have an IBM z60m with an ATI graphics card. When the harware problem appearded with feisty, the CPU, the mother board and the graphic card have been destroyed. I'm sorry to seems a little bit narcissic but, for my point of view, a destruction of this scale of the hardware is not "high" but "critical" even if touch only some people. It's not a problem where the software crash but a problem where the hardware can be totally destroy. I was lucky to have a 3 years warranty...
