Steps to reproduce this bug
1) Set windows focus mode on "Sloppy" or "Mouse"
2) Open libreoffice calc on part of screen (not fullscreen)
3) Set row A1 to "1" and try to extend it down
What happend:
When cursor moved out of window, Calc lost focus and all changes canceled
What need:
Calc should not lost focus, it must scroll down page with greater speed
